A Fresh Start for Breakfast at Cove Point Lodge

Dear Cove Pointers,

We have some amazing news!

We’re making a small but meaningful change to mornings at Cove Point Lodge — one that gives you more flexibility, more choice, and more time to enjoy the view.

For many years, Cove Point Lodge included a simple continental breakfast with your stay. For a while now – you’ve been asking for a hot breakfast, next to the lake.
It’s time! Beginning this season, a full hot breakfast menu is now offered for purchase in our lodge dining room from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

This allows us to serve hot, made-to-order breakfast items and keep breakfast open later, so there’s no need to rush out of bed to catch it. Whether you’re an early riser or someone who enjoys a slow morning by the lake, you can enjoy breakfast when it works for you.

 Our new Cove Point breakfast menu includes Scandinavian-inspired favorites, classic breakfast plates, smoothie bowls, breakfast sandwiches, and a great kid’s menu — with both dine-in and to-go options available.

 
And of course, our complimentary coffee and tea station remains available 24 hours a day, so you can always enjoy a warm cup whenever the mood strikes.

We also have a variety of new packages available this year that include breakfast and dinner, or just breakfast – or only dinner – you can design your stay, your way.

Have you tried our Crossings hot breakfast? It’s been a year since we began, and it’s quickly becoming a guest and local favorite.

On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays this winter, guests also have the option to enjoy breakfast at our Crossings restaurant, located on Highway 61.

Crossings offers a hearty, traditional breakfast menu including Monte Cristo French toast, biscuits and gravy, breakfast croissants, eggs with bacon or sausage, skillets, and French toast.

As we move into spring and summer, Crossings breakfast hours will expand, with service offered more days each week and eventually daily through the summer and fall.

We’re excited to offer you more ways to start your day at Cove Point — whether that’s a relaxed breakfast in the lodge or a classic hearty meal at Crossings – we’ve got you covered.
