General Information and Policies

Check-In Times
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm.  Check-out is 11:00 am.


Rates
All rates are subject to a 9% resort fee and taxes. The resort fee helps fund resort programming and activities throughout the resort, Wi-Fi throughout the property, library, games, snowshoes art supplies, firewood, pool towels, long-distance phone calls, and other resort amenities.​

Minimum Stay Requirement
We require a 2-night minimum length of stay for our lodge rooms on the weekends. During the summer and fall, there is a 3-night stay requirement for our cottages. We do occasionally require a 2-night minimum during the week during high-volume periods. Please call us for last-minute 1-night stay lodge room options (based on availability) at 1-844-243-6443.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Housekeeping
To best protect both our guest and employee health, lodge stayover cleaning service will not be available. A place will be provided for guests to dispose of their trash and deposit any unwanted linens in each of our hallways. Additional linens, towels, and room supplies like coffee, toiletries, and cups will be provided upon request. Cottages come fully furnished (bedding, towels, and dishes). Additional supplies, towels, and bedding can be obtained at the lodge front desk.

Breakfast
All lodge rooms receive a complimentary breakfast. Please visit our Dining page for more information. Breakfast for cottage guests is $8 per person.

General Policy
We are a 100% non-smoking facility, failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Deposits
One night’s deposit by credit card is required at time of reservation to guarantee your reservation. If you selected the online savings discount, your card will be charged for the full amount of your stay.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit, and reservations can be transferred to future arrival dates without penalty. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the first night’s deposit is non-refundable, and cottage reservations can be transferred to future arrival dates for a $50 rebooking fee. There is no rebooking fee to transfer lodge room arrival dates, except for Grandma’s Marathon weekend reservations. We cannot accept cancellations due to weather, but we will rebook them for a future date, or issue a Cove Point Gift Card in the amount of your deposit that never expires.
