Now, for the first time, you can see a forecast for waves on Lake Superior. The forecast goes out several days and it shows waves throughout the entire lake. When the waves are at the 2 foot level, the waves roll nicely on the point. At the 3 foot level the waves start to boom and crash. Notice that the color chart on the map is up to 18 feet high!!!

There is another map that shows the water temp. on Lake Superior. Notice the wide variation from one place on the lake to another.
